6 large tomatoes- (I mixed small yellow and large red)
1 avocado
seasoning blend-  (I used dried thyme, sea salt & black pepper)
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 bunch of fresh basil
May add splash of balsamic vinegar or veggie broth for flavor
Blend together in blender and chill!
