Sasha West grew up on a ranchette in Krum, Texas, where her family practiced sustainable farming and ranching. She is currently a senior biology major at Texas Woman’s University interested in conservation, sustainability, and permaculture, and is very excited to share what she’s learn
Acenette Gonzalez (“Ace “) grew up in East Dallas. She has been gardening with her dad since she was a little girl. When she graduated from CIA she began her culinary career working in farm to table restaurants from Austin to Dallas
