“Back to School Smoothie”

Simple ingredients thrown together in the blender will only take minutes with this mixed berry smoothie.

  • 1 cup mixed berries: Use fresh or frozen berries. Either will work perfectly.
  • 1 cup Ice: This will bring the coldness you’ll love.
  • ½  cup Greek yogurt for a smooth texture and probiotics.
  • 1 Tbsp local honey.

Blend until smooth. Double to make two servings. Enjoy!
